This one is really too much, even for us, but will be a great challenge for the hottest of the hot heads out there. A mixture of the hottest hybrid chilis from our chili farm in Egypt, paired with indonesian aromatics. Ingredients: Superhot chili mix (50%), wine vinegar, lemongrass, ginger, garlic, amchur mango powder, onion powder, galangal, lime leaf, salt. Taste: All the aromatics arrive quickly at first: lemongrass, ginger and garlic up front, followed by a fruity sour hit of green mango powder and earthy galangal.
