happen . studio is founded by lena esser and sebastian seibold. lena has a master‘s degree in film and communication studies, and has worked 5 years in advertising as a junior producer for a film production company. she has produced several tv spots for clients such as suzuki, jaguar and hyundai. and has written film concepts for hankook, volkwagen r, and others. at happen.studio lena is responsible for the concept development and project management. sebastian has been working as a designer for several years in different areas such as corporate, print, web, editorial, and exhibition design, and holds a bachelor in communication design. at happen . studio sebastian manages concept development and art direction.
