As a designer with close ties to an old Turkish family of weavers, I founded HELLO TURCO in Berlin in 2018 to combine our traditional hammam towels with modern colours and a stylish pattern.

HELLO TURCO towels are a product of world-renowned craftsmanship. They are woven on black wooden looms used by Turkish weavers for generations. Due to their traditional production, TURCOS are particularly soft and durable. The handmade tassels make each towel an authentic one-off.

HELLO TURCOS are made from high-quality Turkish cotton. It is characterised by long fibres that open up more when the fabric is used and thus turn even our thinnest towels into real suction monsters. A special side effect: HELLO TURCOS dry faster and give bacteria less breeding ground than, for example, conventional terry towels.

HELLO TURCO towels are totally trendy, absolutely absorbent and very versatile. In addition to the classic use in the bathroom, they are perfect as a beach towel, sports towel, baby sling, picnic blanket, sofa throw or as a scarf. By knotting the four corners tightly together, they can also be quickly converted into a durable bag. You see: how you use your TURCO depends just on your imagination. And they are never failing gifts ;)

We produce our towels as environmentally friendly as possible. They contain no pesticides or herbicides, so no chemicals leach into the soil or nearby water supplies.
