Sakiba

Sakiba - that is a symbiosis of good design, traditional craftsmanship and social effectiveness. Our jewelry is made using the centuries-old technique of bead crocheting: each 2mm small Bohemian glass bead is first threaded individually onto fine yarn. In a second step, each bead is linked individually. This creates a regular and extremely stable pearl fabric that is characterized by its feel and its bright colors. The designer Susanne lives and works in Vienna, the beadwork is made by artisans in Togo. What motivates us again and again is the conviction that we produce lovingly, meaningfully and with a sense of responsibility for our earth and its inhabitants.
