Processed by hand, traditional manufacturing processes and methods from fine cuisine and new surprising combinations ensure our unique and authentic taste.
Various methods are used to process the ingredients: including so-called maceration (cold extraction) and digestion (warm extraction) for the gentle preservation of all flavors. Due to the abundance of ingredients used, we get our highly concentrated essence as a result: one liter of tonic results in seven to nine liters of alcohol-free tonic aperitif, mixer for drinks or aperitif with sparkling wine.
