My name is Federico and, thanks to the help of my wife Francesca and our little girls Ludovica and Matilde, I go to the laboratory every day to create a sincere, clean, ethical and unique chocolate. My mission is to exercise respect, sincerity and patience on a daily basis, in the laboratory as in life. In a world that is frenziedly trying to standardize everything, with our chocolate we want to rediscover the value of simplicity and time, demonstrating that quality raw materials, worked with patience and respect, give each of us a complexity of aromas and fragrances. For a unique sensory journey! Perhaps not everyone knows that the chocolate industry is one of the least ethical and sustainable realities for our planet. LIM was born with one goal: to demonstrate how it is possible to do business in an ethical and sustainable way. LIM chocolate is the final result of a chain of collaborations and synergies that has its roots in the professional and human respect for people, from the cocoa farmer to the final consumer.
