In my small manufactory "Mama Elise" I lovingly produce a wide variety of crèmes au chocolat and nut butter. With "Mama Elise" I turned my hobby into my job. The praise from numerous "testers" in my family and circle of friends encouraged me to go into production with the handmade crèmes in March 2009. They are stirred by hand with selected ingredients and filled into decorative glasses. I only use the highest quality Belgian Callebaut chocolate, NO artificial preservatives, flavor enhancers, aromas or palm oil - you know what's in my crèmes. There are now more than 20 varieties available in various outlets and online.
